Two different things go to two different places, and the split is not bureaucracy. Commercial marketing work is a company's job. Personal correspondence is his.
Marketing work
Anything commercial, from an evaluation through to ongoing brand management, is handled by Digilu. It is a company with a delivery team rather than one person with a calendar, and that is the point: the product is ongoing responsibility for a brand's trust, visibility and relevance, which is not something an individual can carry.
Digilu will tell you plainly whether it can help. If the answer is no, it says so.
What Mike does not do
He does not take individual freelance engagements and does not consult privately around Digilu. If work is worth doing it goes through the company, where somebody other than him is accountable for it.
Speaking, media and everything else
Speaking enquiries, interviews, podcasts, press questions, a correction, or anything addressed to Mike personally. This reaches him and he answers it himself.

If you are writing about him
The biography on the about page is the current one and is the version to quote. A print-resolution portrait is available on request. Independent coverage, including the Entrepreneur and Authority Magazine pieces, is collected on the media page.
If something on this site is wrong, say so and it gets corrected. That is a faster route than most and it is genuinely welcome.
